Hi, I'm Dominic.
I'm a NetSuite consultant who's spent his career in the parts of the system most people avoid — warehouses, factory floors, and multi-entity finance. I've configured NetSuite for retailers shipping thousands of SKUs across stores and ecommerce, manufacturers running full MRP, and groups consolidating entities across borders.
What clients tend to notice first is that I ask about your business before I talk about the software. ERP projects don't fail on technology — they fail when nobody bridges the gap between how the system thinks and how your operation actually works. That bridge is my job.
I work as an independent for a simple reason: the person you meet on day one should be the person configuring your system, training your team, and standing next to you at go-live. No handoffs, no juniors, no surprises.
